These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by JT Beale Trucking LLC, leased to Liberty 1 Transport. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

We provide local, regional, and nationwide transportation services. All services are subject to availability and agreement of terms at the time of booking.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate shipment details (weight, dimensions, contents, and delivery instructions).

• Ensure freight is properly packaged and complies with state and federal transportation laws.

• Make timely payments according to agreed terms.

3. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, government regulations, labor disputes, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Claims for loss or damage must be reported promptly in accordance with applicable transportation regulations.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made as agreed upon in contracts or invoices.

• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
